This policy explains what data the TraceHub Mobile application ("the app") collects, why it collects it, and the choices you have. It covers the mobile app only.

Your password is sent to our server only to sign you in, over an encrypted connection.
This is important, so we state it plainly: the serial numbers, GTINs, SGTINs, batch and lot codes, expiry dates and SSCCs you scan or generate are never sent to TraceHub or to anyone else. They are held only in your device's memory while you are using the tool, and are discarded when you leave the screen.
Barcode scanning and file generation happen entirely on your device. When you export a CSV or EPCIS file, it is written to your device and passed to your phone's own share menu — you choose where it goes (email, a cloud drive, a messaging app). TraceHub never receives it, and the app never submits anything to a regulator on your behalf.
The only related items we keep are stored on your device, not on our servers: your company GLN or prefix, your serial and SSCC counters, and the last batch code you used, so the app can continue numbering correctly next time.
The app saves the following locally in its own private storage: your sign-in token, name, email and organisation; your company GLN/prefix, serial counters and last batch code; your followed and pinned items, saved items and notification inbox; your language and theme choice; and cached copies of content already fetched from our servers. A regulatory document you open is written to the app's temporary cache so it can be displayed, and is deleted when you close the viewer. Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
We rely on the following external services:
basemaps.cartocdn.com) — the Country Map screen
loads its background map images from CARTO's content delivery network. Like any request to a website,
this reveals your device's IP address to CARTO along with the map area being displayed. No account
data and nothing you have scanned is included. If you do not open the Country Map, no request is
made.Data may also be disclosed where we are legally required to do so.
All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption in transit. We keep your account data for as long as your account is active.
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your account and its associated data. Email ahmad.dawood@1dts.com from the address registered to your account and we will action the request. Deleting your account removes your profile and your notification token from our servers. Anything held only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.
TraceHub Mobile is a professional tool for the pharmaceutical and supply-chain industry. It is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
