- Start AIDC (barcode/QR) adoption.
- Launch national verification app.
- Begin infrastructure rollout.
FY 2026/2027
- Expand batch traceability to more products.
- 50% of products with GS1 labels (secondary & tertiary).
- 75% of facilities equipped.
- Central traceability dashboard.
Phase 3: Unit-Level Serialization (FY 2027/2028 – FY 2028/2029)
FY 2027/2028
- Batch traceability for all products.
- GS1 labels on 95% of packaging.
- Serialization of 50% of products.
- 100% facility readiness.
FY 2028/2029
- Serial number traceability for 50%+ of products.
- Full product traceability.
- AIDC in all public & PNFP facilities.
- Efficient national recall system.
