EMVO successfully deployed EAMS Release 5.0.0 to the production environment.

While this release introduces no major changes to the user interface, it delivers important enhancements that strengthen the resilience and performance of the European Alert Management System (EAMS), including:

• Enhanced security for user authentication and session management

• Improved performance when processing larger alert files

• Upgraded technical components and infrastructure

• Additional security monitoring and configuration improvements

These enhancements help ensure that the EAMS continues to provide a secure, reliable and efficient service for the EMVS Community, supporting our shared mission of protecting patients and safeguarding the pharmaceutical supply chain across Europe.
