The Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ) announces that the hashtag
#Guidelines for Implementing Traceability of Medical Products in hashtag
#Zimbabwe(MCAZILEDIGL-22) officially took effect on 18 July 2025.
These guidelines cover all medical products that are manufactured, imported, exported, advertised, sold, distributed, or used within Zimbabwe
and last week Dr Richard Tendayi Rukwata the director of Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe in participation with UNICEF announce the first pilot for traceability in hashtag
#Trvst app.
and this is a significant milestone towards turning the guidelines into actions.
