SFDA has published its facility compliance report for May, June and July 2026 under the "RSD" electronic track and trace system for registered pharmaceutical products.
The numbers:
- 17 facilities found in violation
- SAR 1,575,340 in total fines
- 8 failed to report drug movement in real time
- 4 failed to report an expected shortage or supply interruption at least 6 months ahead
- 4 failed to supply their registered products regardless of price or consumption levels
- 1 failed to keep 6 months of stock for all registered products and did not cover the shortage within the 3 month limit
