First point:

=The first phase will be started through the factories, and the Commissioning and Packing will be reported only using CSV files.

=But we should keep in mind that CSV files have a limited ability to absorb data (charging from 50k to a maximum), so if you have large production runs, you will often need to split the data into more than one CSV file so that the upload process is done without problems.

Second point:

=The Guidelines had an important note regarding the recent decision on aggregation requirements.

For importing companies, Aggregation is required to operate at the following levels:

Shark

Carton

Palette

While locally required manufacturers, Aggregation works on:

Shark

Carton

Currently, it is not required to aggregation at the palette level.

=Third point:

The production date was officially required to be printed on the packaging within the requirements.

Fourth point:

The CSV file you need is very close to the template used in the Tatmeen system.

But the main difference is that you will need to add two additional columns:

ReadPoint GLN

Biz Location GLN

The two should be as separate columns in the CSV file, and this is not in the citation.

Fifth Point:

Distribution companies are required to report the receipt of shipments within 48 hours, but in return, they are required to report in real-time about shipments that leave their warehouses.

Sixth Point:

=Any warehouse that is separate from the factory or warehouse and is considered an independent location that must have a separate GLN or place code.

=Therefore, any internal transfers between branches or between different factories of the same company must be reported to the Authority as it is considered an official movement within the tracking system.
