This is probably one of the most difficult questions we get.
And honestly, I understand why.
The pharmaceutical Track & Trace market has been built around a familiar ecosystem for years:
Regulators. Manufacturers. Distributors. Pharmacies. Hospitals. Track & Trace vendors.
So when a different player appears and starts talking about awareness, regulations, implementation, readiness, vendors and real-world challenges, the natural question is:
“Are you a Track & Trace software vendor?”
No.
We are vendor-neutral.
=We don’t sell software.
=We don’t promote one vendor over another.
=And we don’t tell companies which system they should buy.
But there is a bigger problem we see in the market.
For years, many companies have depended on vendors to explain Track & Trace to them.
And that sounds logical.
Until you realize something:
You are learning Track & Trace from the person who wants to sell you the solution.
You may understand the technology very well...
...but not necessarily your own requirements, processes, operational challenges, or what actually fits your business.
Let me put it another way.
Imagine you want to buy a car.
You visit several car companies. They explain their cars, their engines, their features and why their model is the best.
Then you ask:
“Which car should I buy?”
They will probably recommend one.
=But do they know your roads?
=Your daily journey?
=Your city?
=Your driving experience?
Maybe the car is excellent.
But it may simply be the wrong car for you.
And this is where we believe there is a missing role in Track & Trace.
Our role is not to sell you the car.
Our role is to help you understand what you actually need before choosing one.
For companies, that means understanding your processes, requirements, operational reality and evaluating solutions from your perspective , not the vendor’s.
For authorities, it means looking at the bigger picture: the model, the ecosystem, stakeholder roles, implementation, real world examples, challenges and adoption across the market.
Whether through TraceHubb or through the new entity we are currently building, the principle remains the same:
We sit on your side of the table.
We help you understand the landscape, define what you need, evaluate your options, prepare your teams and make the journey toward implementation smoother and safer.
Because Track & Trace is about choosing the right approach for your reality.
That is our role Your side. Your journey. Our role.
