I’ve been thinking lately... with the growing global momentum around pharmaceutical Track & Trace, maybe this is the right time for something bigger from the community side.
With the role of TraceHub as enablement platform ,I’d like to propose the idea of a virtual Track & Trace conference / community meeting as an awareness and enablement initiative focused on enriching the industry discussions around pharmaceutical traceability.
Especially now, when we are seeing movement across many regions:
=#Egypt & #Ethiopia & #Nigeria preparing for implementation
=Serialization initiatives progressing in #Uganda, #Algeria, #Guinea-Bissau, and #Gabon
=NMVO Italia onboarding to EMVO | European Medicines Verification Organisation
Increasing activity across Asia including #Pakistan and #Indonesia
...and these are just a few examples.
I personally feel the timing is becoming very suitable for a community-driven event where people from different countries and different parts of the industry can openly exchange experiences, challenges, lessons learned, and future expectations.
The vision would be a virtual activity covering topics such as:
=Serialization & aggregation awareness
=Different Track & Trace ecosystems worldwide (Verification models like =EMVO and UNICEF TRVST ,Traceability platforms such as #Tatmeen and #EPTTS)
=Global trends shaping the Track & Trace industry
=Real implementation and operational challenges
=Success stories from different countries
=Industry insights from track and trace vendors and subject matter experts.
The main objective would simply be:
Creating meaningful discussions that help enrich awareness for countries and companies that are still preparing, while also allowing implemented markets to share real experiences and practical insights.
