In this role, he supports government authorities, regulators and healthcare ecosystems in strengthening traceability frameworks, regulatory oversight and digital transformation across healthcare supply chains.
Sebastian brings a practical leadership perspective on how governments and industry stakeholders can work together to build scalable, interoperable and future-ready traceability ecosystems. His focus is on connecting regulation, technology and execution to improve patient safety, supply-chain integrity, compliance, transparency and long-term public-health impact.
